CONSTRUCTION MANAGER REPRESENTATIVE - NATIONAL PARK SERVICES
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Manager Representative to join our team on a National Park Services Project in Charleston, South Carolina.
A summary of the major tasks is listed below.
Construction Period Phase
i. Monitoring project financial data and budgetary cost accounting
ii. Construction documentation
iii. Construction Phase scheduling
iii. Progress Meetings leading project team
iv. Assisting in issue resolution.
v. Testing and Inspection Services
vi. Review of contractor progress payment requests
vi. Performing additional construction-related services
vii. Claims Analysis and Resolution Services
Required Qualifications:

Working knowledge of engineering services, building codes, budgeting, and scheduling to lead to the project’s success.

Experience with MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, MS Project and any other software programs typically utilized for construction management services.
